UP Tenders Registration Process: Guide for Vendors and Contractors

The Uttar Pradesh e-procurement Portal is the official portal for vendors, contractors, service providers, and MSMEs to participate online in UP Tenders. It provides a transparent and paperless procurement process in supplying goods, delivering services, or managing projects across departments. Companies of all sizes, from startups to MSMEs to enterprises, can register and participate in the UP govt tender.

There are more than 15,000 active UP tenders with a daily addition of 800-1000 tenders. Uttar Pradesh e-procurement portal helps in EMD exemption and relaxed conditions for MSMEs. State Construction and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited, UP Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited and many more.

UP Tenders - Registration Process

Vendors must register on the Uttar Pradesh e-procurementPortal to access tenders, bid online, and grow opportunities.

  1. Visit the eTender UP portal and go to the Online Bidder Enrollment section.
  2. Enter the login Id, email address, and Mobile number. The login Id, once created, cannot be changed.
  3. Company Details - Company Name, Registration Number, Registered Address, Name of Partners / Directors, Bidder Type (Indian / Foreign), PAN/TAN Number, Establishment Year, Nature of Business, Legal Status, Company Category / For the Foreign Bidder, the Country name is Mandatory, and the PAN number is not required
  4. Company's Contact Details - Contact Name, Date of Birth, Email, Designation, Mobile
    • Bidder pre-registration detail (MSME)
    • MSME registered, choose MSME Registration and provide Udyog Aadhaar Number
    • If not registered, select Not Applicable
    • Submit to get the Bidder enrollment acknowledgement

Documents for UP Tenders Registration

The essential documents required for the e-tender Uttar Pradesh registration process are as follows:

  • Certificate of Incorporation or Partnership Deed
  • Memorandum of Association (MOA) & Articles of Association (AOA)
  • Valid GST Registration Certificate and PAN Card
  • Aadhaar ID of the authorized signatory
  • Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate (mandatory for e-tendering)
  • MSME / Udyam Registration Certificate (if applicable)
  • Audited Balance Sheets, ITR, and Turnover Certificate from a CA
  • Bank Solvency Certificate and Net Worth Certificate

DSC Registration

Bidders must have a valid Class 3 DSC, registered at least 24 hours in advance. DSC can be made from Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA) approved authorities like Sify, nCode, or eMudra to participate in the e-tender Uttar Pradesh.

  • Enter the Registered Login ID and password on the Uttar Pradesh e-procurement portal
  • Till the time DSC is not registered, the UPtenders portal keeps showing the message to register DSC and complete the process.
  • Bidders must install DSC drivers, insert the token, and register their Digital Signature Certificate properly. Once registered, the DSC cannot be changed and is mandatory for all tender activities.
  • Enter GST Details - GSTN Number / Name as Registered in GSTN Portal
  • Click on “Save” to enroll in the DSC successfully.
