  1. Visit Website - Visit the Tender UTL Portal and go to the Online Bidder Enrollment.
  2. Login - Create the login id and password, once these are created it can not be changed.
  3. Company details - Enter the company information.
    • Company Name, Registration Number, Establishment Year, Address.
    • Name of Partners / Directors, Bidder Type,Nature of Business, Address.
    • Legal Status, Company Category, Pan Details.
  4. Contact Details - Enter the Company's or Contact Person Details, Name, Date Of Birth, Designation, and Contact number.
  5. Pre registration details - Enter the details for Bidder Pre Registered with, Organisation Type, Udyog Aadhaar Number, Bidder Registered Type.
  6. Documents Upload - The Vendor should upload the required documents in the prescribed format. Partnership Deed, MOA, AOA, GST Certificate, PAN, Aadhaar ID, ITR, and Turnover Certificate, Bank Certificate.
  7. MSMEs Details - Enter the MSMEs details and provide the MSME / Udyam Registration Certificate to get the exemption on Tenders UTL.
  8. Final Submission - Review the details and submit the application. The vendor will receive the Login id and password on the registered email.
  9. DSC Setup - DSC registration is mandatory in the Lakshadweep eTender activities. The vendors have to register the Class 3 DSC at least 24 hours before the bid any tenders.

Tenders UTL - Search and Bidding Process

    • BOQ, declarations, affidavits, pre-qualification, technical and financial documents
  8. Submission - Submit and save the acknowledgement.
  9. Withdraw Bid - The vendors can give reason for withdrawal and upload supporting documents.
  10. Resubmit Bid - Edit and resubmit Tender Fee, EMD, or bid documents as needed; the portal generates a resubmission acknowledgment.
  11. Tender Status - The bidder can check the results under evaluation tab on the Tender UTL portal.
