- Enter a valid email address for your Login ID.
- The Login ID and Company Name cannot be changed once registered.

- Company Name, Registration Number, Registered Address, City, State, Postal Code
- Partners/Directors Information
- PAN/TAN (PAN is mandatory for Indian bidders; foreign bidders need to fill only their country name)
- Establishment Year, Nature of Business, Legal Status, Company Category, and Bidder Type
Company Details
The vendor needs to provide proper company details:

- Name, Title, Date of Birth, Designation, and Mobile Number
- Correspondence Email (Correspondence Email can be the same as login email)
Company Contact Details
Enter the company contact person’s details:

- If the Company is registered under MSME, provide Udyog Aadhaar Number.
- If not, then skip the step and move forward
MSME Pre-Registration details

MP Registration Process - Documents
The documents required for the registration process of government tenders in MP are:
- Certificate of Incorporation or Partnership Deed
- Memorandum of Association (MOA). Articles of Association (AOA)

- Aadhaar ID of the authorized signatory
- DSC Class 3 (compulsory for e-tendering)

MP Tender Login - DSC Process
Bidders must have a valid Class 3 DSCto take part in MP e-tenders. DSCs can be made from authorised providers approved by the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA), such as eMudra, Sify, or nCode.
- Log in to the MP eProc website by using your registered User ID and Password.
- If DSC is not linked, the portal will ask you to complete the DSC registration process.
- Install the DSC drivers, connect the token devices, and register the DSC. Once it gets linked, it cannot be changed.
- Provide GST details – Enter the GST details of the company, such as GST number, registered name as per the GST portal.
MP eProc Portal - Profile Updation
- Access the Dashboard and click on My Profile or Profile Update.
- Vendors can update the few sections given below:
- Contact Information - Email, mobile number, correspondence address.
- Contact Person details - Name, designation, phone, email.
- Company Info - Business category, nature of business.
- Bank/Payment Details
- Save and Submit - After making the changes, save and submit.
