In FY 2023-24, 108 tenders were published on eTender Nagaland. The total tender value was ₹703 crores and have got 290 bids from the vendors. In FY 2024-24, 92 tenders were released with a combined value of ₹577 crores on eProcurement Nagaland. There were 249 bids by the vendors, showing continued engagement from the contractors.

The tender publication is comparatively lower as only 36 tenders have been issued with a value of ₹145 crores in 2025-26. The number of bids stands at 80, which is expected to increase as more tenders are published.

eProcurement Nagaland - Registration Process

The vendors become eligible to participate in the Nagaland portal opportunities after completing the registration process on the eTender Nagaland.

  1. Access the Nagaland state portal - visit the official website and open the Online Bidder Enrollment section.
  2. Login Credentials - Create a unique Login ID and password using registered details. These credentials cannot be modified and will be used for all tender-related activities.
  3. Enter Company Information - Enter company or licence holder name, registration number, registered address, establishment year. The vendor has to also mention the nature of business, legal status, bidder type, company category, PAN details, and partner or director information.
  4. Contact Information - The vendor has to provide contact person name, date of birth, designation, mobile number, and email id for the registration of Nagaland eProcurement.
  5. MSMEs Details - if registered as an MSME enter the details include organization type, bidder registration type, pre-registered authority, and Udyog Aadhaar number.
  6. Upload Documents - The required documents in registration process are Partnership Deed, MoA, AoA, GST Certificate, PAN Card, Aadhaar ID. Vendors have to fulfill the financial criteria of Nagaland portal by providing the ITRs, turnover certificate, and bank solvency certificate in the prescribed format.
  7. Review and Submit the Application - The Vendors will get the login credentials on registered email ID for eTender Nagaland access.
  8. DSC Registration - DSC registration is mandatory in the eProcurement Nagaland activities. It should be registered at least 24 hours before bidding to any govt of Nagaland tenders. Install DSC drivers, insert the token and register the DSC.
