The official Indian Railway Tenders Website is Indian Railway E-procurement System. The short form is IREPS and it can be accessed at IREPS Portal

To bid on IREPS tenders, vendors must meet the following criteria:

• IREPS Login & Registration:

  Vendors must register on the IREPS Portal and provide complete business details.

• Compliance & Eligibility Verification:

  Vendors must meet the eligibility conditions set by the tendering authority, including technical, commercial, and performance compliance.

• Document Submission:

  Bidders must upload required documents, such as contracts, purchase orders, and compliance certificates, under designated tabs (Eligibility, Compliance, Deviations, and Responsiveness).

• Financial Offer & Submission:

  Vendors must submit financial bids under the Fin. Offer Tab, ensuring correct GST applicability and pricing criteria before finalizing the tender offer.

Meeting these criteria ensures successful participation in Indian Railway tenders.

The IREPS account registration process usually takes 3-4 working days after submitting the request. If the provided details are correct, users receive a confirmation email with login credentials. In some cases, the EPS Admin may raise a query for additional details, requiring users to respond using their Digital Signature Certificate (DSC). To avoid delays, vendors should ensure accurate details such as the firm name, user name, and a valid Class III DSC. If the request is rejected, an email is sent specifying the reason.

If you forget your IREPS login credentials, reset your password using the "Forgot Password" or "Change Password" option. Use your Digital Signing Certificate (DSC) via the login page, enter your registered email ID, and follow the instructions to change your password securely.

To enhance IREPS tender search, users should check “My Tenders (Not Yet Closed)” for assigned tenders. For other tenders, they can use Quick Search or Advanced Search by entering relevant parameters. Tenders can be searched by Tender No, Name of Work, Item Code, or Item Description. Users can filter tenders by Railway Zone, Production Unit, Department, Tender Status (Published, Under Evaluation, etc.), Tender Type (Open, Limited, Single), and Bidding System (Single Packet, Two Packet). Searches can also be refined based on Tender Issue Date or Uploading Date within a specific date range.

To contact the IREPS Helpdesk, users can access the Help Desk link on the portal. There are three ways to get assistance:

• Raise a Query on IREPS Helpdesk:

  Submit an online form, upload documents if needed, and track responses via Query ID and email updates.

• IREPS Helpdesk Email:

  Send queries to helpdesk.eps@cris.org.in and receive replies via registered email.

• Call IREPS Helpdesk:

  Contact officials through the helpline numbers on the Helpdesk page, including Railway Telephone Numbers for railway users.

MSMEs, firms registered with zonal railways for the tendered item, and RDSO/PUs-approved vendors can claim exemption from Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and Tender Document Cost in IREPS tenders. To avail of this benefit, bidders must select the Claim Exemption option on the payments page. However, they should carefully review tender documents to ensure eligibility. Incorrect exemption claims may result in bid rejection. MSMEs must provide valid certification as proof of eligibility to avoid disqualification and maximize their participation in government procurement opportunities through IREPS.

To participate in IREPS tenders, bidders must submit essential documents, including a valid Class III Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for authentication. MSMEs claiming exemptions must provide Udyam Registration Certificate or equivalent proof. Other required documents include company registration certificates, GST registration, PAN card, past work experience certificates, financial statements, and compliance declarations as specified in the tender. Railway-approved vendors may need RDSO/PUs approval documents. Bidders should carefully review tender documents for specific requirements to ensure eligibility and successful bid submission on the IREPS portal.
