2. Online Bidder Enrollment

   Click on the Online Bidder Enrollment link under the Bidder Manual Kit for the registration form.

3. Registration Form

   The vendors need to submit the following information in the registration form:

   • Organisation Name
   • Type of Companies -Private Limited, Partner, Proprietor
   • PAN Number
   • GST Number
   • Mobile Number
   • Email Address
   • User ID and Password (new login credentials)

   The mobile number and email ID shared in the form should be active, as all the communication from eProc MP will be shared on them.

4. Upload Required Documents

   • PAN Card
   • GST Certificate
   • Udyam/MSME Certificate (if applicable)
   • Company Registration Document
   • Address Proof
   • Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)

   The company needs a Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate to finish the registration process and submit tenders online.

5. Verify and Submit the form

   The filled information should be checked properly, and then the form needs to be submitted. The confirmation email will come to the registered email address after successful submission.

6. Activate the Account
