  • GST Registration Certificate, PAN Card

PB Tenders - Vendor Registration Process Vendor Registration Process

The e-Procurement Punjab registration helps the bidders to get search and download tenders, submit the bid and track updates. The registration process on e-Procurement Punjab Portal can be completed as below:

  1. Visit the eTender Punjab govt portal
    • Visit the eProc Punjab portal and go to the Online Bidder Enrollment section.
  2. Login details
    • Enter a unique Login ID, email address, and mobile number for your Login ID.
    • The Login ID and Company Name cannot be modified after registration.
  3. Complete the Company Details

    The vendor needs to provide the company details as below:

    • Company Name and the registration Number
    • Registered Address, City, State and the postal Code
    • Establishment Year, Nature of Business and Legal Status
    • Partners or Directors Information
    • PAN Card Number (mandatory for Indian bidders; foreign bidders need to provide the country name)
    • Company Category, and Bidder Type
  4. Company Contact Information
    • Contact Person Name, Date of Birth, Designation, and Mobile Number
    • Email Id for correspondence
  5. MSME Pre-Registration details
    • If MSME-registered, select MSME Registration and enter the Udyog Aadhaar Number.
    • If not registered, choose Not Applicable.
  6. Submit the Application
    • The Bidder will receive an enrollment acknowledgement on submission.

    This completes the registration process and the vendor is now eligible to participate in PB tenders.

eProc Punjab - Registration Charges

Registration on the Punjab eProcurement Portal is chargeable. The Vendor needs to pay a charge of ₹ 2500 at the time of registration and it is valid for one year. The charges have been increased recently and were ₹ 2,360 before 1 October 2025.

The bidders need to renew the registration after a year in case they want to continue bidding in the tender. The renewal charges are the same as registration and the vendor needs to pay ₹ 2,500 for next one year.

Punjab Govt Tenders - DSC Enrollment for Punjab eProcurement

  • Visit the official Punjab eProcurement portal.
  • Ensure your system has the required Java settings, DSC drivers, and PKI components properly installed.
  • Click on Select Certificate to begin the DSC enrollment process.
  • Choose your valid DSC and verify details - Name, Serial Number, Issuer Name, Validity Period
  • Submit it to complete the DSC enrollment.
  • Vendors can log in using their Username, Password, Captcha, and DSC after successful DSC registration.
