  6. Required Documents - Partnership Deed, MoA, AoA, GST, PAN and Aadhaar. The vendor has to share the financial criteria by providing the ITRs, turnover certificate, and bank solvency certificate.
  7. Review and Submit - Verify the details and submit the information. The login credentials will be shared on the email ID after submission.
  8. DSC Registration - The vendor has to register DSC at least 24 hours before bidding any tender on eTender Manipur Portal.
