  • Official Portal:

    Go to Mahatenders.gov.in and click on Online Bidder Enrollment to begin the registration process.
  • User Credentials and Login details:

    Enter email address for login id, Correspondence Email and Mobile number. This information will be kept confidential. The login ID cannot be modified once registered.
  • Enter Company Details:

    Provide the following details for your company
    • Organization's name / License holder name
    • Preferential Bidder – If applicable, select MSME or Startup and complete the registration under My Accounts → Privileges.
    • Business Registration number
    • Registered Business Address details
    • Director/Partner details and nature of business
    • Bidder Type – Indian / Foreign
    • PAN Number, GST and Establishment year
    • Type of Company – Limited, Undertaking, JV, Partnership, others
    • Company Category – Micro, Small, Medium as per MSME, Ancillary Unit, SSI, Others
  • Provide Contact Information:

    Enter the contact person’s name, email, mobile number, and designation to receive all notifications and updates.

After submitting the registration form, the bidder will receive a Bidder Enrolment Acknowledgement and a confirmation email. Click the verification link in the email to activate your account. Once verified, log in, update your profile, and upload required documents to start bidding on Maharashtra tenders through Mahatenders.
