   • The vendor can regret some items by selecting Yes / No from Dropdown. This option is available for rate contract tenders only

   • Click on By Excel link to download the excel containing the list of items. This option is available only for item rate and rate contract tenders.
   • Upload the same file and save the file.
3. Confirmation - Confirm by pressing the Bid Confirmation button.
4. Recheck - The Bidder can recheck all the CGTender details for confirmation of the Information filled.
5. Final Submission - The Bidder needs to check all the boxes and submit the application.

CGTender - EMD Payment

The vendor has to pay the EMD to ensure the seriousness towards the bidding.

1. Click on live Tender CG to view the tender details for the EMD.
2. Accept the terms and conditions to move forward.
3. Click on the Pay Tender / Processing Fee and select Payment mode.
4. Select the Payment gateway and enter payment mode details to pay the required fees.
5. The vendors can download the payment receipt after the successful submission.

The EMD fee normally varies from 1-3% in eProcurement Chhattisgarh depending upon the nature of the tender. There are exemptions provided for MSMEs, startups, or registered vendors and the rules are mentioned in the published CG portal tender.

eTender Chhattisgarh - L1 EMD Refund process

The department has two options for L1 Bidder for EMD refund as below.

• EMD Refund to Bidder: The Tender department admin will initiate EMD refund to L1 Bidder in its bank account. The department will initiate the process after receiving the Performance Bank Guarantee.
