The registration process of Andaman and Nicobar is online and available on the Andaman eProcurement portal. The vendor can follow the below steps to complete the registration process.
- eTender Andaman - Visit the Online Bidder Enrollment section to access the registration form.
- Login Id - The vendor has to create a unique login id for eProc Andaman and Nicobar portal that cannot be changed after creation.
- Company Information
- Company Name, Registration Number, and Company Category
- Registered Address, Establishment Year, Nature of Business, and Bidder Type
- Partners or Directors Information
- PAN Card Number for Indian bidders and Country Name for Foreign bidders
- Contact Details - Contact Person Name, Designation, Mobile Number and Email Id
- MSME Information - The registered users need to fill in the Udyog Aadhaar Number.
- Form Submission - Submit the application and save the acknowledgement.
- DSC Registration - The bidders are required to complete their registration at least 24 hours prior to participating in any eProcurement Andaman bids. A Class 3 DSC is mandatory for eTender login and online bidding. Vendors can easily install the DSC by connecting the token and installing the required drivers on their system. Once the registration process is completed, the DSC cannot be modified or replaced.
