  1. Click the Online Bidder Enrollment on the Mahatender portal.
  2. Create the login ID using your email and mobile number. The login ID cannot be changed once created for Maharashtra eProcurement.
  3. Company Information:
    • Company Name, Registration Certificate, and Address
    • Names of Directors or Partners
    • Bidder Type - Indian or Foreign
    • PAN, Nature of Business, Structure, and Company Category
    • Foreign companies need to share their country details. PAN is not required.
  4. Contact Information-Contact Person, Designation, Email, and Mobile Number.
  5. MSME Details:
    • Companies registered as MSME - enter the Udyog Aadhaar / Udyam Registration Number.
    • Not registered, select Not Applicable.
  6. Submit the filled form for successful registration. The vendors can download the Bidder enrollment Acknowledgement for their reference.

Once the process is complete, the company is eligible to participate and bid in Maharashtra e-tenders.

MahaTender Portal - DSC Setting

It is mandatory to have a valid Class 3 DSC, registered 24 hours before bid submission.

  1. Login to your account on MahaTender Portal.
  2. The system will prompt you to complete the DSC process.
  3. Connect the DSC token and install the required software or drivers.
  4. DSC cannot be modified and is required for all tender bids.
  5. Enter GSTIN number and the registered business name.
  6. Save the details to register your DSC.
