The job includes disconnecting of incoming electric supply, decoupling of pump and motor, unfastening the pump from the base frame, suction and delivery network, shifting/carriage of pump from pumping station to workshop for repairs using tools and tackles, manual labour and mechanical transport. Dismantling the pump and extraction of internal assembly at workshop. Providing, fabrication and fitting of neck rings- 05 nos, diffuser bushes -05 nos,, bearing brackets- 01no, replacement of old wornout bearing 02 No. (1 at DE&1 at NDE) respectively as per the sample size. The job also includes providing and fitting of 2 new impellers (as per sample size) and repairs to 06 nos. impellers ; including greasing and gland packing work. pump Assembling the pump and shifting back to site of installation. Lowering the pump with help of tools and tackles on base frame making alignment and levelling it. The job also includes dismounting of induction motor from its installed position by disconnecting all the incoming and outgoing electrical connections and unfastening from the base frame using tools and tackles, shifting to workshop using manual labour and mechanical transport. Job includes dismantling the motor end covers followed by extraction of rotor shaft followed by complete rewinding of 30HP high speed motor using superior quality copper. Job includes repair to induction motor shaft by turning, grinding etc. P/F of studs, nuts and bolts in place of damaged studs/nuts/bolts as per requirement. Complete assembling of induction motor, shifting back to site using mechanical transport/ manual labour, installing the motor on base frame using suitable arrangement, refastening and recoupling thereof, testing pump set on no load and then on full load. Job includes repair to submersible pumpset by way complete rewinding of 7.5 HP submersible motor.The job includes repairs to submersible motor rotor shaft by turning, finishing & polishing. Fabrication & fitting of bushes in bush housing-2 set. P/F of thrust pad 01 set. P/F of studs with nuts and T-bolts in place of damaged studs/nuts/bolts as per requirement. Complete assembling of submersible motor & testing in the test pit.
