4. The Bidding process is divided into two stages as below:

   • Commercial stage - Select the rate, insert price bid data which should be in percentage.
5. BOQ Tenders Submission - The vendor has to fill the below details in the BOQ tenders.
   • Select the items and Schedule.
   • Enter the Item Id, Number, description, Quantity and Unit.

6. Review and Submit - Review the Details and confirm final submission by verifying the tender submission with DSC. Save the Bid Receipt after the successful submission.

Bid Re-submit Process in Online Tender Gujarat Portal

1. Go to the TMS (Tender Management System) section and select the Tender in Process Option.
