  4. Contact Information
    • Contact Person Name, Date of Birth, Designation, and Mobile Number

  5. MSME details
    • MSME Registered - need to share the Udyog Aadhaar Number.
    • MSME not Registered - choose Not Applicable.
  6. Submission and Acknowledgement

HP Tenders - DSC Process
