Meghalaya government has published 1,820 tenders on e-Tender Meghalaya Portal from FY 2013 to till date. The estimated value of these tenders is Rs 18,690 crores. The bidders have bid 3,648 tenders which shows the high interest of raiders towards the Meghalaya govt opportunities. Meghalaya eProcurement - Registration Process

The vendors become eligible to participate in the govt of Meghalaya opportunities after completing the registration process on the e-Tender Meghalaya.

  1. Access the Meghalaya state portal - Visit the website and open the Online Bidder Enrollment section.
  2. Login Credentials - Create a unique Login ID and password using registered details. These credentials cannot be modified and will be used for all tender-related activities.
  3. Enter Company Information - Enter company name, registration number, address and establishment year. The vendor also needs to mention the nature of business, legal status, bidder type, category, PAN, and partner or director information.
  4. Provide Contact Details - The vendor has to provide contact person name, date of birth, designation, mobile number, and email id on Meghalaya portal.
  5. MSMEs Details - if registered as an MSME, share organization type, bidder registration type, pre-registered authority, and Udyog Aadhaar number.
  6. Upload Documents - The required documents in registration process are Partnership Deed, MoA, AoA, GST, PAN, Aadhaar ID. Vendors have to fulfill the financial criteria of Meghalaya eProcurement by providing the ITRs, turnover certificate, and bank certificate.
  7. Review and Submit the Application - The Vendors will get the login credentials on registered email ID for e-Tender Meghalaya access.
  8. DSC Registration - DSC registration is mandatory and has to be registered at least 24 hours before bidding to any govt of Meghalaya tenders. Install DSC drivers, insert the token and register the DSC.

  8. Apply Tender Fee or EMD Exemption - The eligible vendor can apply for Tender fee and upload the required exemption certificates for e-Tender Meghalaya.
  9. Upload Mandatory Bid Documents - Upload the required documents as specified in the tender notice and submit the bid on Meghalaya state portal.
  10. Submit Bid - Submit the bid and Save the Acknowledgment for future reference.
