West Bengal Tender Portal - Bid Submission Process

Tender fee payment exemption - Select the option Yes, if you are exempted else select No.
EMD Payment exemption
- If exempted, enter Exempted Amount or Percentage.
- The final amount after exemption will automatically come.
- The payment can be done Online or Offline.
- The vendor needs to pay the same and upload the Exemption certificate.
Enter the tender fee and EMD Details for West Bengal Tender.
Click Encrypt and Upload, and upload the document.
- In the upload section, the tender documents have to be uploaded in the cover system as per the process.
- Upload Fee document, Upload PreQualification document, Upload Technical document, Upload Finance Document (BOQ)
Click Freeze Bid to submit the tender.
