The eTenders MP portal provides advanced search and filters for vendors to easily search their relevant tenders. The tenders can be searched based on department, location, or category, by using the tender search features. This makes the e-tendering process easier and transparent.

1. Log in to the portal by entering the registered Login ID and password.
2. Complete the DSC authentication by entering the password or user pin.
3. Go to the Dashboard and search for Active Tenders relevant to your business Search the MP tenders online by using filters for Tender ID, My Product Categories or Tender Reference Number. The tenders can also be searched for keywords from the Work or Item Title, Tender Category, or Product Category. Organisation, Department Pincode, Value Criteria, and Date Criteria filters are also available for easy access.
4. The filter for particular keywords or the tender can be made as a favourite for future use..
   • Check the field under favourite and click Save.
   • The tender gets moved to the My Tenders section for future use.
   • All favourite tenders are available in the My Tenders section.

MP Procurement - Bidding Process

The vendors must complete the MP registration process before bidding. For bidding, the vendors need to fulfill the tender requirements and follow the terms and conditions properly. To increase the chances of winning, Vendors need to follow the bidding process:

1. Click on My tender to view the Online tender MP and read the details to start bidding Submission.
2. Proceed with Bid Submission to move forward.
3. Read and accept the terms and conditions.
4. Review the Corporate User Details with the contact details of the Bidder.
5. Select whether you are exempt from tender fee payment or not.
6. EMD exemption - the vendor needs to provide the exemption type and details. EMD amount to be paid after the exemption and the Exemption certificate is to be uploaded. Sign the Document by using the DSC.
7. The vendors can make the payment offline by sharing the EMD and Tender Fee Details
   • Instrument Type / Instrument Number /Issued Date / Expiry Date / Amount / Issuer Details / Challan Number / Account Number
   • Click Save and move further.
8. Click encrypt and upload the document.
   • Bid documents are submitted in three formats: One Cover Bid, Two Cover Bid, and Three CoverBid. It is based on the documents from the pre-qualification, technical, and financial covers, along with the fee documents.
   • Complete the Uploading process and move forward
9. Complete the bid submission upload process by clicking the Freeze Bid
10. Save the acknowledgement for your reference and future use.
