  1. Visit the official Portal: Go to the CG vendor Portal and click on New User under Register
  2. PAN card details: Fill the PAN card details. Then select New User and Enter to continue the process on eProc CG State portal.
  3. Details Required: The user has to enter the Preferred login code and the portal will show the availability. The additional details required as below:
    • Authorized Signatory - Name, Designation, Mobile Number, Email, FAX, Phone
    • Contact - Organization Name, Address
    • Bank Details - Bank Name, Branch Name, Branch Code, Account Holder's Name, Bank Account Number, IFSC Code, MICR Code
    • Other Details - PAN, VAT, ED Registration Number, Service Tax Registration Number, Excise Control Code, Excise Range, Excise Division, Excise Commission, CST Number, GST Number, IGST Number
    • CRN Details - CRN Number, CRN certificate, CRN Issue Date and CRN Expiry Date
    • Vendor business - Vendor Entity (Public, Private, Proprietorship, JV, Consortium, Partnership), Vendor Type (Manufacturer, Trader, Builder, Authorised Dealer, Vendor/Bidder)
  4. Save changes: Enter captcha and save the change.
  5. DSC Setup: Select the DSC and agree with the terms.
  6. Registration Number: Accept conditions to generate Registration Number. The vendor will get the registration number after the successful submission of the application on the portal.

eProc CG State - Registration payment process

The vendor is eligible to submit bids in the CGeProc relevant tender after the successful payment process. The Registration fee on the State tenders portal is Rs 500 + GST i.e. a total amount of 590. The vendors have to pay the registration fee on the eProcurement CG portal after the approval of registration from the department.

  1. The vendor needs to login with own id and password.
  2. The vendor is directed to the payment gateway after the vendor confirms to pay.
  3. Enter the below mentioned details :
    • Merchant Name, Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking, Card Number, Expiration Date, Card Holder Name
  4. The Vendor has to reset his password after CG dealer portal login for the first time.

Tenders Category - CG vendor portal

  4. Item Rate Lump Sum - The back-end, SOR details are automatically increased / reduced depending on quoted value.
  5. Rate Contract - The Vendor can fill Individual item rate in bidding on CGeProc.
  6. Mixed Percentage Item Rate - The vendor can fill Percentage and Individual item rate while bidding for eProc CG State opportunities.
