e-Tenders Kerala - Registration fee
The Kerala Portal has three types of fees - Registration Fee, Renewal Fee, and Tender Processing Fee. The vendor has to submit these fees for participation in Kerala government tenders.
- Registration Fees - The charges for registration in Kerala is Rs 500 + GST. The total amount to be paid by the vendor is Rs 590 and it is valid for one year.
- Renewal Fees - The vendor has to renew the registration before the expiry of the existing registration period. The vendor has to pay Rs 100 + Gst i.e. Rs 118 to renew their registration validity for another 1 year.
- Processing Fees - The processing fee of tenders is 0.01% of the tender value and a minimum of ₹250 and a maximum of ₹1,300 per bid. The taxes applicable are extra. The processing fee for different tender values is as below:
