nProcure Tenders - Vendor Login and Registration Process for Tender nProcure

System Setup for nProcure Portal

  • Memorandum and Articles of Association

  • Aadhaar ID of the Authorized Signatory

Tender nProcure - Registration Process

The nProcure Tenders registration process is online and the vendors have to complete it before participating in the tenders. The registration process makes the vendor eligible to bid on the nProc Gujarat portal. The vendors need to follow the given below steps to complete the registration Process:

  1. Tender.nProcure - Go to the New user section and fill the details.
    • User Id, Password and confirm the password.
    • Secret question and answer for password security in future.
    • Enter the Captcha and complete the process to create login details.
  2. nProcure login - The vendor can login on the nProcure Portal with the details generated and complete the remaining process.
  3. DSC Mapping - Select the DSC to map in the account.
  4. Detailed Information - There are multiple tabs - Personal Details, Company details, Financial details, Client Preference, Sector/Product Category and DSC details. The vendor needs to fill in the complete information for each tab.
    • Personal Details - Name, Email, Alternate eMail, Mobile Number, secret question, Designation, Account holder Name, Bank IFSC code, Account Type, Bank Account number and Bank Address.
    • Company details - PAN Number, Registration Number, GST Registration Number
    • Financial Details - Date of Statement, Upload Turnover Document, Balance sheet and Profit and Loss statement
    • Client Preferences - The vendor can add clients and the Estimated Contract value (ECV) for them to get the tender mail alerts. The preferences saved for ECV values greater than the specified amount will apply to all tenders published under the selected client.
    • Sector/ Product Category - Select the Sector or Product category to get the tender alerts.
  5. Portal Charges - Review all the filled information and pay the registration charges. The vendor can opt for Standard or Premium registration, based on the requirement.
  6. Bidder Dashboard - The vendor will get the bidder Dashboard to perform various activities. The bidder can check Procurement Summary, My Favourites, Tasks To Do, My Bids In Process, Bid History, Document Library, E-Notices

The Registration makes the vendor eligible to access the nProcure tender notice, corrigendums and amendments. The business can search the Active Tenders and participate in the government opportunities to grow their businesses.

Registration Charges - nProcure Tenders

For the Standard registration, the vendor has to pay Rs 3,500 + GST. The total amount will be Rs 4,130 on the tender nProcure portal. The registration is valid for one year and the vendor has to renew the registration. After the registration, the vendor can login and participate in the Gujarat tenders.

The Premium registration charges on Tender nProcure is approx 4800 + GST i.e. the total amount will be Rs 5,900.

In the Standard Registration, the vendor will get the tender alerts on one email whereas in the premium registration, the vendor will get the daily alerts on the two emails. In Standard registration the vendor has to see the tenders result separately one by one after the tender opening. In the Premium registration the vendor can see all the tenders result in a single page in which the vendor has participated. The Premium registration gives vendors more features in the advanced nProcure suite.

nProc Gujarat Portal - Update Profile

The vendor can edit the details, change password and set preferences for the email alerts on the Tender.nProcure. The vendor can follow the below mentioned steps to make the changes successfully on nProcure portal:

  1. Sign in with your nProcure login on the official website.
  2. Go to the Profile menu and update all the mandatory details.
  3. The vendor can make changes and save the personal, company and Financial details.
  4. Select the clients and sector/ product, save the details to make the changes successfully.
  5. The vendor can change the password in the Change password section.
